Cancellation Policy

John Academy is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for its customers. Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, once the order has been completed or if the shipping process has been initiated by us or our appointed vendors/merchants/representatives, cancellation requests will not be entertained. Special offers provided by the John Academy marketing team during specific occasions, such as festive seasons or special events, are non-refundable due to their limited nature.

If you receive a product from John Academy that does not meet your expectations or differs from what was displayed on the site, please notify our customer service by email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will thoroughly review your complaint via email and make an appropriate decision.

 

Refund Policy

Please be aware that John Academy operates with a strict no-refund policy, with the exception being cases where duplicate payments have been mistakenly made for the same item. In such instances, refunds will be processed; however, please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment source. If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment, please promptly contact us at info@johnacademy.com for assistance. We aim to address such issues on the same day.

Additionally, once you have downloaded the PDF or document, no refunds will be applicable. Furthermore, John Academy will not entertain refund requests made after 2 days of the original purchase.
